Terms and Conditions
To order, we sell you the goods to the following delivery and sale conditions (Terms and Conditions of the company GREIFSWALD VCM).
§ 1 General
(1) All agreements made between us and provide for the execution of the order be made in these supply and sales conditions in writing.
(2) The delivery and sales conditions do not apply to a particular period limited actions (such as auctions and raffles). Note in this context our respective special conditions to which we in the framework of the action alert.
§ 2 Offer

§ 3 Prices

(1) Payment is made by prepayment, COD, credit card, Paypal or cash upon collection.
(2) Other payment methods only through telephone consultation.
§ 6 Netting, Lien
(1) Netting rights are available only if your counter claims legally established undisputed or accepted by us.
(2) A lien can only exert so far, as your counter-claim on the same contractual relationship.
§ 7 Shipping
(1) As long as you have a liability in arrears, rests our delivery obligation.

§ 8 Returned Legitimate Complaint

§10 Retention of title
(1) We reserve the ownership of the goods delivered until all payments under the supply contract. If you do not behave in conformity with the contract, especially with the payment in default, we are entitled to take back the goods.
(2) You agree to the goods until payment in full of care.
§11 Applicable Law
German law applies to the exclusion of CISG.
§12 Shop Guidelines
(1) In our shop, the article number is not limited. We reserve the right to order the item number depending on availability can be limited. Should this be the case we will contact you by email arrives.
